Eligibility for Returns

    If you receive an incorrect product that does not match your order, you are eligible for a return or replacement. (An unboxing video is required as proof.)
  2. Manufacturing Defect
    Products with manufacturing defects can be returned or replaced. (A video highlighting the defect is required.)
  3. Damaged Product
    If a product arrives in damaged condition, you may request a return or replacement. (An unboxing video is required.)

Return Process

A) Order Cancellation

  • Timeline: You can cancel your order by contacting us at [email protected] within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Exclusions: Orders for items such as cakes, flowers, or same-day delivery products cannot be canceled once dispatched.
  • Post-Dispatch Cancellations: If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is not allowed. However, if canceled after dispatch, you will bear the following shipping charges:
  • Domestic Shipping (India):
    • ₹75 for 0-500 gm
    • ₹150 for 500-999 gm
    • ₹250 for 1-2 kg
    • ₹250 + ₹125 per additional kg (above 2 kg)
  • International Shipping:
    Only the product cost will be refunded after deducting shipping charges.

B) Product Breakage or Damage

In case of breakage or in-transit damage:

  1. Send an unboxing video to [email protected] within 12 hours of delivery.
  2. We will process a refund or replacement promptly.

C) Incorrect Product Received

If you receive a product different from what you ordered:

  1. Share an unboxing video with us at [email protected].
  2. Return the unused product in its original packaging within 24 hours.
  3. Our support team will assist with the return pickup and arrange a refund or replacement.

Refund for Non-Eligible Returns

For returns that do not fall under the above categories, we will refund the product cost after deducting the shipping charges:

  • Domestic Shipping (India):
