Eligibility for Returns
- Wrong Product Delivered
If you receive an incorrect product that does not match your order, you are eligible for a return or replacement. (An unboxing video is required as proof.) - Manufacturing Defect
Products with manufacturing defects can be returned or replaced. (A video highlighting the defect is required.) - Damaged Product
If a product arrives in damaged condition, you may request a return or replacement. (An unboxing video is required.)
Return Process
A) Order Cancellation
- Timeline: You can cancel your order by contacting us at [email protected] within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Exclusions: Orders for items such as cakes, flowers, or same-day delivery products cannot be canceled once dispatched.
- Post-Dispatch Cancellations: If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is not allowed. However, if canceled after dispatch, you will bear the following shipping charges:
- Domestic Shipping (India):
- ₹75 for 0-500 gm
- ₹150 for 500-999 gm
- ₹250 for 1-2 kg
- ₹250 + ₹125 per additional kg (above 2 kg)
- International Shipping:
Only the product cost will be refunded after deducting shipping charges.
B) Product Breakage or Damage
In case of breakage or in-transit damage:
- Send an unboxing video to [email protected] within 12 hours of delivery.
- We will process a refund or replacement promptly.
C) Incorrect Product Received
If you receive a product different from what you ordered:
- Share an unboxing video with us at [email protected].
- Return the unused product in its original packaging within 24 hours.
- Our support team will assist with the return pickup and arrange a refund or replacement.
Refund for Non-Eligible Returns
For returns that do not fall under the above categories, we will refund the product cost after deducting the shipping charges:
- Domestic Shipping (India):
